Are the online prices the same as in-store prices?

In-store and online regular prices are the same . However, we have many unadvertised specials online that are not available in our store.

Are all your items available online?

Not yet. We are adding items to our online store everyday. So, check back often!

Can you ship my order?

Yes. For now, please call us to arrange ground shipping. The shipping charges below apply to all parts:

* Ground shipping charges for kits vary. Please call us and request the shipping charge for any kit.

* Ground shipping on all parts is FREE when you purchase any kit over $100.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. At this time, we are not processing international orders.

Can I pay for my order online using a credit card?

Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Should I go to the store as soon as I place my order?

Please wait to receive an email or phone call from us before heading to the store. We will verify all items are available and ready for pickup.

What if all my items aren't available?

We will notify you if any items are not currently in our inventory. We receive shipments twice a week from our suppliers. So, we can special order any item not in stock and have it at our store within a few business days.

How much time do I have to pickup my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be held at the store for 10 days. If you need more time, just give us a call and let us know when you expect to pick up your order. Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours.

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

Yes, but that person must have a printed copy of your email pickup confirmation.

What is your return policy?

No returns on electronics or Lipo batteries.
Refund within 15 days. Items must be new in box.
15% restocking fee after 15 days.
No returns after 30 days.
Must have Hobby Hangar receipt for all returns.

What is your privacy policy?

Hobby Hangar is your local, friendly hobby shop so you never have to worry about giving us your email address. We never sell or give your information to anyone else. All of your information is used to provide you, our customer, with the best customer experience possible.

Does my order count towards your Good Customer promotion?

The Good Customer promotion policy is the same in-store and online. All regular priced items count towards the promotion, and sale items are excluded.

We are located in Chantilly, VA on Sullyfield Circle in the Sullyfield Business Park. Just minutes from the the beltway, Interstate 66 and Dulles Airport.
